We’re releasing the first InkRise animation reel at a moment when the animation industry is rapidly exploring new production tools. Since the start of the year, we’ve seen a noticeable increase in studios, brands, and creators looking at AI assisted animation pipelines as a way to develop digital-first content, proof-of-concepts, and short form storytelling.
At InkRise we’re building a hybrid workflow that combines traditional creative roles with emerging tools like Google Veo and other generative animation systems. Our proprietary InkRise pipeline sits on top of these tools and helps us quickly iterate, assemble visual ideas, and bring together contributions from writers, storyboard artists, character designers, and editors.
The process is closer to a creative collage than automation. We start with human ideas, sketches, and story concepts, then build sequences through rapid experimentation and compositing in tools like Photoshop, Premiere, and After Effects.
The result is a fast, artist-driven animation workflow designed for today’s digital-first projects.
